Patricia Lyon Brown, the owner of Lyon Travel, established the company in 1994 out of "frustration" with the travel industry. She was having a difficult time finding a travel agent who was well-traveled, understood cost value, and who would return phone calls in a timely fashion. Voila! She had found her niche.

Patricia has traveled the world, and is an avid scuba diver, sailor, water skiier, sightseer, and a "passable" snow skier!

She is available seven days a week, and values her customers! All phone calls and e-mails are answered within 24 hours. When Patricia travels, she has two experienced agents who answer her phone calls and e-mail messages with the same care and pride which she does. Both her phone message and "auto respond" e-mail always indicate when she is out of town and how to contact another agent.

Patricia takes the time to get to know each and every one of her clients, and her goal is to find the vacation that is PERFECT for each client's needs. If you have a travel question, ask!
